刘盛荣，男，1973年12月出生，教授，理学博士，硕士生导师。长期从事微生物发酵及食用菌育种研究，先后承担省科技厅、教育厅、校级及横向合作课题多项。以第一或通讯作者发表论文30多篇，其中SCI收录21篇，申请专利11项，授权发明专利4项。联系方式：fjhost@163.com。

主要研究方向：微生物发酵、过程优化及动力学；食用菌遗传育种。
